## What We Do

Alumni keep their university email address (e.g., jane@alumni.school.edu) for life. When someone sends email to that address, we forward it to the alumni member's personal inbox (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.). No mailbox is hosted — we forward in real-time with no message storage.

## How It Works

1. Point your alumni domain's MX records to Alumni Forwarding
2. Import alumni addresses and forwarding destinations via CSV, web interface, or API
3. Alumni email starts flowing through our infrastructure — they keep their addresses, you eliminate storage and license costs

For institutions that need to keep alumni on their primary domain, we also support unknown user routing through Google Workspace or Office 365 transport rules.
