This service is exclusively for forwarding alumni and association emails. It is not intended to be used as:

• A spam filtering service for internal organizations
• General email forwarding service outside of alumni purposes
• Email storage or archival system

Expected Volume

Typical usage patterns per forwarding address:

• 2-5 alumni-related emails per day
• Monthly volume estimates per plan are based on these patterns
• Higher volumes may trigger automatic review

Monitoring and Review

• Quarterly usage pattern reviews for accounts exceeding expected volumes
• Automated abuse detection systems in place
• Notification to administrators if usage patterns indicate non-alumni traffic
