TERMS OF USE FOR ALUMNI FORWARDING SERVICES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN DUOCIRCLE LLC. AND YOU. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND THE LEGAL ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Acceptance and Service Terms

  • Services are provided by DuoCircle LLC under the AlumniForwarding.com brand
  • Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms
  • Services include email forwarding for educational institutions
  • Must be 18 years or older to use services

2. Service Description

  • Email forwarding services for alumni, staff, and faculty
  • No email storage - messages are forwarded to designated addresses
  • Includes spam filtering and security features
  • Support for multiple domains and subdomains

3. User Obligations

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Protect account credentials
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use services for spam or malicious purposes

4. Service Limitations

  • Reasonable usage limits apply based on service tier
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • May experience occasional delays in message delivery
  • Subject to fair use policy

5. Privacy and Security

  • Messages are processed according to privacy policy
  • Industry-standard security measures employed
  • No storage of forwarded messages
  • DKIM and SPF support included

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with notice
  • Immediate termination for terms violation
  • No refunds for prepaid services
  • Data deletion upon termination

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DUOCIRCLE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DUOCIRCLE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
